The prime Minister urged the country’s people to enjoy the festivities keeping their safety in mind. He applauded and appreciated the country’s people for making the return of the Jazz and the Art Festival a resounding success with their participation and support.

The prime Minister shared some glimpses into the event on his social media account and accompanied the images with the words that the people’s enthusiasm, participation, and encouragement for the return of the Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival has truly made the event a resounding success thus far. The people of Saint Lucia have been enjoying the events associated with Jazz and the Art festival.

Taking the events as a background, Prime Minster Philip J Pierre committed to work for the benefit of the people of the country. The Prime Minister of Saint Lucia stated that As a Government, we believe that the people should be at the core of our policies. Accordingly, he promised that the government would continue to host similar events for the country’s benefit.

Saint Lucia is observing the 25th edition of the Jazz and The Art Festival. However, the 2023 edition of the festival is hosting after a hiatus of 3 years. After the worldwide covid-19 pandemic, the country could not host the event. However, the people of saint lucia greeted the return of the festival after the hiatus with a lot of enthusiasm.

The events the country has hosted over the last week and a half attracted thousands of party revellers to the various venues. The Prime Minister urged the people to enjoy the rest of the festivities over the weekend safely. The safety of the people is one of the priorities of the government of saint Lucia.

Accordingly, they have made several arrangements to ensure that the Jazz and The Art festival can conclude without any incidents.
