Aminu Lawal Anty pays off tuition fees for 101 students

Aminu Lawal Anty met students face-to-face

Aminu Lawal Anty, the representative of the Doka/Gabasawa constituency in the Kaduna State House of Assembly, presided over the payment of tuition fees for 101 Kaduna State University students.

This significant event took place on Wednesday, 1st November 2023, at the University, garnering admiration from the University’s community, particularly the beneficiaries from the Doka/Gabasawa constituency.

Aminu emphasized the paramount importance of education and urged the recipients to adhere to the University’s regulations while aspiring to be exemplary representatives of their community.

In addition to that, the event witnessed the presence of the Deputy Dean of the Student Affairs Division, Dr Muhammad K. Dauda, the Financial Aid Coordinator of the Division, Hajiya Jummai Sani Dauda, the Desk Officer of the Student Affairs Division, Mallam Yahaya Garba Dangiwa as well as various university staff and students.

Total of Ten Million Seven Hundred Thousand Naira (10,700,000) for one hundred and one (101) students at Kaduna State University (KASU).

The members also made a mind to meet the beneficiaries for some strong, friendly advice.
Aminu Lawal Anty advised the students to be of help to others anywhere they find themselves and also advised them to be law-abiding students in the University.

He further added that the only reason that he decided to meet the students face to face and give them only these two advice.

He also commended the work done by the committee and said that “the committee have done an excellent job without his involvement and only a few corrections are needed.”

The gathering was Organized by the Aminu Anty KASU scholarship committee and the management of Kaduna State University, KASU, to collectively appreciate the unprecedented kind gesture by a State Assembly Member since the foundation of the University.

According to Aminu Lawal, Knowledge is the only weapon that’ll bridge the gap between the class and class struggle.
