Kano: NANS leadership meets Chinese reps for student welfare

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Joint Campus Council Kano State has called for a stronger partnership with the Chinese population in Kano State, Nigeria. They seek to take advantage of mutually beneficial opportunities for them and the Nigerian students in the state.

Comrade Ismail Ahmad Maishinkafa made this call during a particular engagement with the Chinese. The said engagement was regarding launching the “Let’s Chat app”. A representative of the Chinese launched the app. The National Association of Nigerian Students team are eager to learn from and partner with the various noteworthy people in their Chinese counterparts in terms of educational accomplishments.

Chairman of the National Association of Nigerian Students, Kano edition, led his excos for the meet8ing with the chinese association. He stated that strengthening the relationship with NANS under the umbrella of the apex students movement in Africa would go a long way toward strengthening the existing bilateral relations between Kano State Students and the Chinese.

The Partnership will also help Elementary Students (Primary and Secondary) and tertiary Institution students within the state. However, he expressed his appreciation to the Chinese for the opportunity.

He called on the Kano students to always focus on their academic assignments with optimism, patriotism, hope and prayer that Nigeria and Nigerians will be great. Education is one of the most important indicators of a country’s development.

The people of Kano state have applauded the National Association of Nigerian Students for their contribution towards furthering the Partnership of the NANS and the Chinese for the benefit of the students of Nigeria. The social media post the National Association of Nigerian Students Kano edition shared featured several photos.

The interaction between the delegation of the NANS and chinese representatives was the most fruitful as the two associations discussed various areas of partnerships between the two countries.
