Helmand: Afghanistan, under the control of Afghanistan, is struggling with several human rights violations. The principal among these violations is the Taliban-led government’s plan to restrict access to education only to boys. Accordingly, the government disqualifies the girls from getting access to high-level education. However, even the boys of Afghanistan face difficulties accessing quality education.

Notably, the school in the Helmand province of Afghanistan is also currently in a distressing state. The students of the Helmand province claim that the schools in the area have been in a dilapidated condition for several years. The students have asked the Taliban administration to look into the issue and get the schools fixed. Sources have suggested that rebuilding the school is essential.

This is because, after the rebuilding of the school, the students will get a more stable environment to study in. The students have demanded that the administration rebuild the school so they can access quality education. The students have come forwards to the Taliban administration, stating that the schools in the province do not even have proper toilets and the schools are extremely old.

Talking about the severity of the situation, one of the students in the school listed the various issues. According to the students, the school needs better offices for the staff members. They do not have any toilets and four walls surrounding the school. The students claimed that the school is extremely cold in the months of winter. Moreover, the classrooms are also extremely small and can not fit the students.

The school’s building projects are critical for the better development of the region. The local population has claimed that there are currently 419 schools in the province. However, over half of these schools run without a proper building. The locals have added that more than 300 students are in the region and need schools for their education.

Accordingly, the locals have urged the authorities to make progress on the project. The country is going through a trying time with the Taliban occupation. In this trying time, they require the assistance and solitude of the international community.
