The Department of Handicrafts and Handloom hosted a two-day art exhibition at the Government art emporium in Srinagar. The initiative of the Government of Kashmir helped bring incredible talents and local artists to the forefront. Among these talented artists, Shazia Basharat was also a part of the exhibition.
The exhibition lasted two days, and Basharat’s artwork became a focal point for many visitors. The artist works as an Assistant Executive Engineer in the department of PDD. She spoke to the media and provided deep insight into her artwork. She talked about the beauty of Kashmir and urged the various artists to showcase this beauty to the best of their capacity.

According to him, these are important for the G20 presidency of India. The artists featured in the 2-day exhibition extended their gratitude to the Director of the Department of Handicrafts and Handloom for providing them with the spaces they could use to showcase their art.
