Saint Lucia nominated in 6 catagories for World World Travel Awards

Saint Lucia is getting the opportunity for recognition for the industry's gold standard in global travel at the 30th edition of the World Travel Award.

The Deputy Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, Ernest Hilaire, took to his social media to announce that the country is getting the opportunity for recognition for the industry’s gold standard in global travel at the 30th edition of the World Travel Award. Meanwhile, The nation is getting nominated for six prestigious 2023 titles: These titles are: 

  • Caribbean’s Leading Adventure Tourism Destination, 
  • Caribbean’s Leading Cruise Destination, 
  • Caribbean’s Leading Destination, 
  • Caribbean’s Leading Honeymoon Destination, 
  • Caribbean’s Leading Luxury Island Destination, and 
  • Caribbean’s Leading Nature Destination.

Deputy Prime Minister Hilaire said they are delighted that the world recognises and praises Saint Lucia’s outstanding services for travellers worldwide. Further, He stated that Saint Lucia is proud to be a leader in the Caribbean. Additionally, he committed that they look forward to offering our guests unforgettable experiences in 2023 and beyond. 

Furthermore, Deputy PM Hilaire congratulated all service providers who upheld their titles in 2022. At the same time, he took the opportunity to wish everyone competing in 2023 the best of luck. Accordingly, The 30th anniversary of the World Travel Awards Caribbean and the Americas will be commemorated in Saint Lucia at a red-carpet reception on August 26, 2023.
