Nigerian Youtuber and mother of three, who is famous in Nigeria for being a culinary wizard, Sisi Yemmie, has shared a video on her youtube account. In the video, she shared her experience celebrating Christmas with her family. Sisi centred most of the footage around her kids and family during the festive season.
First, Sisi Yemmie’s family of five went to the beach in Lagos as a part of the Christmas celebrations. The trip to the beach happened on the day before Christmas. The good beach had a Christmas village where the family spent some time together. The family had a gala time at the beach, eating good food. The kids also enjoyed the pool.
Further, as shown in the video, the family decorated the Christmas tree. Every family member contributed to the decoration of the tree. Sisi had a burger bobble that she put in the family tree. Her husband, Yomi, had a globe bobble, and the kids had various bobbles (unicorns, doughnuts, rainbow and PlayStation)
The family even had matching Christmas outfits (—which they lived in, from Christmas eve to new years day— according to Sisi Yemmie.) The family of five had a bonding experience while decorating the tree.
After this, the family had a Christmas barbeque, and the children opened their gifts. In typical Christmas fashion, the family was together when they opened the gifts. It is worth a mention that this was the first Christmas for Sisi Yemmie’s youngest daughter. In the video, Sisi confessed that she was filming her children throughout Christmas.
She felt that the kids were growing up to fast. She took the opportunity to remind her audience (especially those with little kids) that they should take a lot of photographs and make several memories with the kids. The first day of the year, January 1, 2023, was Yomi Odusanya’s birthday. The family celebrated the day eating out at a resturant.
