College management hosted a dinner for Wikki Tourists FC

Deputy Provost of the College, Dr Ibrahim Bello, represented the college management and received the guest.

Yesterday, the Management of Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare, welcomed Players, Coaches, Staff and Interim board Members of Wikki Tourists FC to a dinner.

The dinner was put together to appreciate the Honor done to the School by Wikki Tourists for patronizing their facility.

Deputy Provost of the College, Dr Ibrahim Bello, represented the college management and received the guest.

The Deputy Provost prayed for the Success of Wikki Tourists in its quest to return to NPFL and stated that the college will keep the partnership intact.

The former Sports Director of the College, Ahmed Alhaji Azare, opines that the team is lucky to have the Calibre of players and Technical Crew that are capable of taking Wikki Tourists back to their rightful place in the Nigeria football circle. He also charges them to be focused, disciplined and Committed to their duties.

A board member, Malam Ishak Alhassan, spoke on behalf of the Interim Management Committee and stated the board has as its priority the welfare of the players to enable them to give their best.

The purpose of bringing the camp to Azare was for the players and their larger fan base to interact with each other and further strengthen the relationship, said Commissioner of Youth and Sports Development Muhammed Salis Gamawa.

Furthermore, he expressed gratitude to the Management of the College for the reception, promising a continued robust synergy.

Along with this, he also assured that assured of the government’s Continued Support for sports development, generally emphasizing its desire to see that WIkki Tourists are back to Nigeria’s Premiere League and, therefore, Soliciting support and prayers from all quarters to achieve it.

Technical Adviser of Wikki Tourists Muhammed Azeez Audu was full of praises to the Interim Management Committee and Management of the College for the reception while also promising that with the kind of support from the government and the zeal, prayers, commitment and hungry for Victory by the players, Wikki Tourists fc is on the way of returning to NPFL next Season.
