MEDILINK Hospital Opens Another Branch In Kwara State

The hospital is erected at Sheikh Alimi Community in Egbejila, Ilorin West Local Government Area of the State.

The Commissioner for Health, Dr Raji Razaq, opened another branch of MEDILINK Hospital in Ilorin, Kwara State.

The grand opening ceremony took place on 1st November 2023.

The CEO of the Hospital, Dr Raji Razaq, in his speech, stated that the hospital was established to support the good political will of the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam Abdul Rahman Abdul Razaq.

He further stated that the plan is to achieve Universal Health Coverage in the state and also to provide relief to the people of the axis and Kwara State as a whole, as it is observed that there is no secondary health facility in the area.

Dr Raji Razaq also made a pledge that the facility will offer quality healthcare services delivery at affordable prices by providing both primary and secondary healthcare services.
In addition to that, he claimed that they will also partner with others to be able to attend to specialize cases if needed.

The Commissioning day coincides with the two-year remembrance of the father of the CEO, Sheikh Muhammad Raji Adeniyi Ishola, and the Islamic scholars present at the event offered special prayers for the soul of the late Sheikh.

As a sign of honour and respect for his parents, Dr Raji named a ward after his father(Adeniyi Ward), his stepmother (Ayoka Ward) and his mother (Aduke Ward).
