The army chief called out the ISI for failing to protect Panjwar, better known by his new identity of Malik Sardar Singh.

Bhutto is the son of the former prime Minister of Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto. He claimed that his mother informed India about the locations of all the Khalistan operatives.
