The Deputy Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, Dr Ernest Hilaire, who handles the responsibility for the Ministry of Creative Economy, investment, et al., took to his social media account on Monday, May 1, 2023. In his recent update, he announced the Launch of the Soufriere Vendors Association. Additionally, The Deputy Prime Minister shared several glimpses from the event on his social media. The Minister was present at the launch ceremony of the Soufriere Vendors Association.
Meanwhile, Taking to his social media account, Deputy Prime Minister Hilaire shared that he was delighted to join Emma Hippolyte and address Soufriere vendors at the Launch of the Soufriere Vendors Association. Emma Hippolyte is the Minister for Commerce, Manufacturing, Business Development, Cooperatives and Consumer Affairs.
Deputy Prime Minster Hilaire asserted that he was very excited to see the desire among vendors to organize themselves and get the necessary training to elevate the standard of the services they provide in Soufriere. In line with this, he applauded the efforts of the Minister for Commerce, Manufacturing, Business Development, et al., Emma Hippolyte, for providing leadership for this initiative.
Meanwhile, The government of Saint Lucia hosted the initiative on the occasion of Labour Day. The day was fitting for the launch of the Soufriere Vendors Association. The Deputy Prime Minister of Saint Lucia and Minister of Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, et al., Ernest Hilaire, shared a detailed schedule for the launch event.
