The Prime Minister of The Commonwealth of Dominica, Dr Roosevelt Skerrit, will interact with the media during a press conference on Monday, March 13, 2023. The Minister of Public Works, Public Utilities and Digital Economy, Fidel Grant, will also attend the media interaction alongside the Prime Minister. Prime Minister Skerrit, who also handles the responsibility for the ministries of Investment and Governance, will address the media and discuss several issues of national importance to the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Prime Minister Skerrit shared the update regarding the regular press conference on social media. He also invited the people of Dominica to tune into the meeting to get critical updates about the country’s development. The Minister of Public Utilities, Public Works and digital economy, Fidel Grant, will attend the event aside from Prime Minister, Roosevelt Skerrit.
The head of the government will host the conference at the Ministry of Finance Conference Room at 11:30 AM.
The Press conference forms a part of a long-standing tradition wherein Dr Roosevelt Skerrit interacts with the media, and through them, with the country’s people. The press interactions form an extremely important part of the prime Minister’s mandate to promote transparency in the government.
