Kenya: CS Ababu Namwamba meets IYF founder Pastor Ock Soo Park in South Korea

Cabinet Secretary for Youth Affairs, the Arts and Sports Ababu Namwamba, is on a trip to East Asia. During his trip to South Korea, he met and interacted with a number of stakeholders in the arts industry.

Cabinet Secretary for Youth Affairs, the Arts and Sports Ababu Namwamba, is on a trip to East Asia. During his trip to South Korea, he met and interacted with a number of stakeholders in the arts industry. South Korea is one of the most renowned nations when it comes to the creation of art. Korean art enjoys a reputation worldwide for its songs and TV Shows, which have turned into an international phenomenon. 

During his trip to the national capital of Korea, Ababu Namwamba presented a special Kenyan piece of fine art to International Youth Fellowship (IYF) founder Pastor Ock Soo Park. The IYF founder hosted him for Sunday service and lunch at the Good News Gangnam Church in Seoul, South Korea.

The Ministry of Youth Affairs, the art and sports, shared some images from the interaction between the two leaders. The meeting and exchange solidified the commitment of Kenya towards securing international collaboration to promote Arts in the minds of the country.

The international collaboration will further help the youth discover newer avenues of art creation et al. The exposure to variety and international practices will make them masterful in their art. It will also help the country in discovering better ways of execution and creation. 

The meeting between the two leaders, Cabinet Secretary Ababu Namwamba and International Youth Fellowship, Pastor Ock Soo Park, follows a successful International Youth Camp and Conference of Ministers. The International Youth Fellowship hosted this meeting. The initiative attracted over 20,000 youth and ministers across the globe. 

During the meeting, the ministers held a significantt discussion among themselves. The discussion aimed to unleash the power of the youth for economic development through mind education.

The people of Kenya, especially the youth, applauded the initiative taken up by the Cabinet Secretary. The people took to their social media accounts to register their appreciation. Muiga Waithaka wrote,
