Meteorologist Joyce M Ogunleye presented the weather forecast for the people through the official social media page of the Nigerian Meteorological Agency, NiMet.

The forecast suggests they may also witness thunderstorms in some of the country. These include parts of Zamfara, Kano, Katina, Kaduna, and Taraba. Meteorologists predict the possibility of light rains across parts of the central cities. Further. The forecaster suggested that people must look out for light to moderate rains over the country’s southern region.

The weather change can be made apparent by late morning into afternoon hours. The weather conditions will affect Imo, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Cross River and Akwa Ibom states. Meanwhile, some parts of the Federal Capital Territory will face the weather with more intensity coupled with thunder.
