The Ex-President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo, has expressed positivity while stating that whatever the condition and situation is, everything will be well with Nigeria.
Obasanjo, who stated that this is a Global Crusade conducted by the Deeper Life Bible Church in Abeokuta and is observed online on Tuesday, encouraged Nigerians to have faith in God.
The former president argues that while witnessing the situation of things in Nigeria, not only Nigerians but the whole world needs God’s visitation, requesting all children of God to seek his face for visitation.
He said that if you think about and consider what is going on in our cities, states, countries, or regions of West Africa, or even the entire globe, our world needs a crusade of this nature.
“Some people blamed us, Christians of `religiosity’ without spirituality. Yes, that has been the role of the world even in the period of Jesus Christ, but should we lose hope? No,” he further stated.
“It has never happened in this world that things have gone wrong that it is not the children of God that always stood out,” he said.
Unlike some people who do not want to be true to themselves will state that all is well, but if we have faith in God and have faith in Jesus Christ, all will be well.
“Children of God, whatever our situation may be, whatever the condition, let us have our entire faith in God, and all will definitely be well,” Obasanjo said.
William Kumuyi, the General Overseer of the Church, who had earlier given a visit to the ex-president, prayed to God to grant him several more years to contribute to the nation’s progress.
Kumuyi further stated that his visit was to offer respect to Obasanjo and to give him an invitation to the crusade where he could share his views and some thoughts of wisdom with the nation and the world.
The essential element in his message said that God had made complete dominion over the world’s circumstances through Jesus Christ.
Kumuyi said the only way to have entire control over situations and other circumstances was to live in purity and consecration to God through Jesus Christ.
