Ecuador woman dies week after coming back to life during her funeral

The woman Bella Montoya, who woke up in her coffin during her funeral after authorities declared her dead two days earlier, has officially died. Her death came a week after she allegedly “came back to life” during her funeral.  The incident occurred in Babahoyo, Ecuador. The woman in question was 76 years old. The incident has led to surprise for several people of the country. 

Almost a week ago, a video circulated on the internet in this regard. The video shows Bella Montoya, in her open coffin breathing heavily while two men assist her.One of these men was her son, Gilbert Balberán, who said “she was hitting the box” after the five-hour wake. The incident left all the members of the family surprised after the unexpected revival of the woman. 

According to the recent reports on the incident, Montoya was admitted to the hospital with a suspected stroke. She later went into cardiorespiratory . She was not responding to resuscitation maneuvers, so the doctor on duty confirmed her death. This update was shared by the Ecuador Health Ministry. said in a statement. 

Meanwhile, currently some new information has come to light. The woman who allegedly come to life, has died a week after the incident. The confirmation of her death came from the ministey of health. The ministry said it had established a committee to investigate the incident and that it would supervise Montoya’s care. After the death of the 76 year old, the authorities revealed that they continue to investigate the curious case of the death and revival of the woman. 

The people of the country, including the ministry of health have taken a lot of interest in the incident. The team of investigators have claimed that the incident is extremely bizarre as the revival of the 76 year old from near death is extremely rare. Accordingly, the authorities have taken the initiative to carry out an in-depth investigation.
