Top international and local boxers have begun arriving in Lagos ahead of the eagerly awaited “Chaos In The Ring” boxing extravaganza, scheduled for October 1, 2025, marking Nigeria’s 65th Independence anniversary.
The event, organised by Balmoral Group Promotions in collaboration with AK Promotions, will take place at the renowned Mobolaji Johnson Arena, promising a night of high-octane fights and cultural celebration.
At a virtual media briefing, Balmoral Group CEO, Dr. Ezekiel Adamu, confirmed the arrival of fighters and officials, setting the stage for a spectacular evening. The headline bout will feature a cruiserweight clash between American stars Brandon Glanton and Marcus Browne.
Other notable matchups on the card include Emanuel Odiase vs Idris Afini for the WBA Africa Heavyweight title, Dan Azeez vs Sulaimon Adeosun in the Light Heavyweight category, Yusuf Adeniji facing Akimos Annang Ampiah in the Featherweight WBA Africa bout, and Samuel Takyi taking on Fatiu Ijomoni in the Lightweight WBO World Youth contest.
