Land of Hope calls for assistance to buy new kitchen equipment

Nigeria based Non-Governmental Organization, Land of Hope, has taken to its social media account to urge the people of goodwill around the globe to provide the NGO support to buy new kitchen material for the establishment.

Nigeria-based Non Governmental organization has been working with the law authorities of Nigeria to protect the children accused of being witches. The organization takes in children whose parents and community reject and abuse them under the influence of superstition.

In the years that Land of Hope has remained functional, they have rescued almost a hundred children. They support the children’s education, lodging and boarding, giving them a chance to make a new life. Accordingly, the founder of the Non-Government Organization has come on their social media account to ask people to donate and support the organization.

Anja shared that at Land of Hope, they make food for 100 children thrice daily, so our pots and pans are being used nonstop and must be replaced with new ones yearly. She shared that it is time again to buy new pots, pans and other kitchen equipment for the Non-Government Organization. The founder has asked the people to contribute so that the authorities at the organization can buy new kitchen materials. She expressed that the staff will be extremely happy because of the donations that come to the organization.

Land of Hope caters to the needs of almost 100 children rescued from various communities in Nigeria. The people acknowledged the gesture of the non-government organization and hailed the initiative. In the past, people have come forward in large numbers to extend their contribution to the Land of Hope for various initiatives.

Being a non-government organization, the organization is mainly dependent on assistance from outside sources and international donations to keep the organization running. They have worked diligently for the benefit of the children and raise awareness against branding them as witches under superstitions
